NOTICE: WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS; THE CUSTOMER BEARS THE COST.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, it is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you can return them within 30 days of receipt.
In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
- The order includes all related parts and components, and the packaging is in its original condition.
- The product has been treated normally; damage caused by improper handling is excluded.
- Products where hygiene is a concern must be thoroughly cleaned before returning.
- The product was found to be defective immediately after receipt.
We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.
A return will be processed within 7 business days. If all conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this period.
Important notes for Sale items:
Items purchased during a sale are excluded from returns. This applies to all discounted products, except in the following cases:
- You received the wrong item.
- The delivered item was defective or damaged upon receipt.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect the items have been used or damaged by the customer.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to: info@noncha-fashion.com
- In the email, provide the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photo of the product (in case of damage or defects)
- First and last name
- Customer's address
We will then get in touch with you and provide the return address. Do not send the return to the sender's address! We will give you the correct return address after you contact us.
👉 The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
CANCELLATION
Consumers have a right of withdrawal according to the following provision if they act as natural persons and the purchase cannot predominantly be attributed to a commercial or independent professional activity:
A. Right of Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal:
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have received the last item.
Since we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after being placed. Therefore, cancellations or refunds are only possible after receiving the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (NONCHA) of your decision to withdraw from the contract via an unequivocal statement (e.g., by email). The withdrawal is completed as soon as we receive the returned goods. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.
Note for shipments already in transit:
Since our products are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times that are beyond our control. If the goods are already on their way, cancellation is not possible.
In this case, please wait for the receipt of the goods and then return them to us. However, you can already inform us in advance about your withdrawal.
To process the return as quickly as possible, we kindly ask you to send us a shipping confirmation for the return.
Consequences of withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs (unless you chose a more expensive shipping method than standard shipping). The refund will be made within 14 days after receiving the return.
We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless something else has been explicitly agreed upon. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.
